  • Recycled % and waste type, pre-industrial or post-consumer, per lot
  • Organic content and the transaction certificate chain: GOTS, GRS, RCS
  • Facility GLN and operator identity

Fabric mill / process house

  • Lot IDs on every fabric batch, linked to input yarn lots
  • Substances of concern per batch: name, CAS code, concentration
  • Chemical test reports: REACH-relevant, ZDHC and OEKO-TEX evidence
  • Dimensional change and other batch-level test values
  • GOTS/GRS transaction certificates for certified fabric lots

Garment exporter

  • GTIN per style; batch ID on every production lot
  • Fibre composition % per style, including trims and components
  • Facility GLN and operator identity
  • Fabric lot → garment batch link: the transformation record
  • Durability and chemical test reports; certificates with validity dates
  • Care, repair and warranty information per style
